Avocado/Ranch Dressing (for Smoked Swordfish Tacos)

This recipe, from our very own David Mullaney, is an essential part of Smoked Swordfish Tacos.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pint (16 fl. oz.) of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing
  • Ripe Avocado – Cut in Half with the Pit Removed
  • ½ Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • ½ Cup Cold Water

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until thoroughly combined.
  2. Pour into a Squeeze Bottle for easier applications.
