Cajun seasoning
Slow-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes & Peppers:
Heirloom cherry tomatoes
Bell peppers
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt & pepper
Italian seasonings
Extra virgin olive oil
Shallots
Fresh garlic
Cayenne pepper
Pasta (optional – add to warm roasted tomatoes & peppers)
