Weekend markets: Ordering opens Thursday at noon and closes Friday at noon.
Wednesday markets: Ordering opens Monday at noon and closes Wednesday at 8am.

With uncured bacon and local scallops. 6–9 scallops per half pound, depending on size. Ready for the grill or oven (15 minutes at 400°F).
Included: 1 oz pure maple syrup- drizzle over scallops after cooking.
All wild caught in Alaska, once frozen 12 ounce portions. Fish is harvested and processed same day then frozen. We get them shipped on train cars to us from Seattle.

Local stuffies (stuffed quahogs) made from scratch and hand-cut local wild quahogs and scallops. Fully cooked, they need only to be heated to 165 degrees.
