This recipe, from our very own David Mullaney, is an essential part of Smoked Swordfish Tacos.
- 1 Pint (16 fl. oz.) of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing
- Ripe Avocado – Cut in Half with the Pit Removed
- ½ Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- ½ Cup Cold Water
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into a Squeeze Bottle for easier applications.
