Tomato-Based Portuguese Fish Chowder

Ingredients:

  • Groundfish (Cod, Grey Sole, Haddock, Hake, Redfish, or Pollock)

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Fennel

  • Celery

  • Allspice

  • Fish broth

  • Bay leaves

  • Fresh thyme

  • Yukon Gold potatoes

  • Tomatoes

  • Chorizo

  • Salt and pepper

  • Butter

  • Red chili pepper flakes

  • Paprika

  • Flour
